General Information
The Burghausen town hall is located on the town square in the old town of Burghausen. The building is part of the historic ensemble of the city of Burghausen, which is characterized by the typical Inn-Salzach architectural style.
The town hall is the seat of the mayor and houses a large part of the city administration. For many Burghausen citizens, the town hall is the point of contact when they apply for a passport, use advisory services or register for events, for example.
The Town Hall Gallery is located on the second floor of the Burghausen Town Hall. Here, art lovers have the opportunity to view the works on display during the opening hours of the town hall.
The project room on the ground floor of the town hall also offers artists from the region the opportunity to show the works they have created to a broad public.
