The expert committee in the district office of Altötting determines and publishes the standard land values in the district of Altötting and thus also for the urban area of Burghausen. He also collects all notary contracts for real estate transactions and evaluates them anonymously.
The committee consists of honorary experts from various real estate specialist areas as well as a chairman and his deputy.
