General Information

The employees of the Burghauser electrical department have a wide range of tasks. Employees are responsible for the electrical systems in all municipal facilities. These activities also include lighting and distributor planning as well as device and building testing.

The employees look after the underground car parks and the parking guidance system for the Burghauser Wohnbau Gesellschaft.

In addition, they take care of the electrical systems of the water supply, the sewer and the sewage treatment plant of the Burghauser Stadtwerke.

The Burghauser electrical department team obtains offers, compares them and places the orders.

The employees service and maintain the building and square lighting, the traffic lights in the city area and the Burghausen parking guidance system. This includes, for example, the castle lighting.

The employees also assemble and dismantle the Christmas lights and are responsible for assembling and dismantling the electrical installations at festivals and markets. The electrical department is also responsible for redesigning and overhauling the street lighting, as well as passing on faults in the lighting.
