Trial lessons from April 15th to May 10th, 2024 – wide range of lessons
From early musical education for kindergarten children to electric guitar lessons for adults: The Burghausen Music School offers music lessons for more than 15 instruments. The teachers trained at music colleges are open to various styles such as rock, pop, classical and jazz. There are also a variety of bands, wind ensembles and the youth philharmonic orchestra. In order to gain a deeper understanding of musical contexts, the music school offers courses such as music theory, rhythm, improvisation on the piano or, for example, music theory specifically for guitarists.
From April 15th to May 10th, 2024, taster lessons will take place in the music school. Here, interested parties can clarify individual questions with individual teachers. Dates for these lessons can be found at T. 08677/96730 or musikschule@burghausen.de .
Of course you need the right instrument for teaching. Some instruments can be borrowed from the music school for a rental fee. The teachers will be happy to advise you on this. They also provide students with tips when purchasing instruments from specialist retailers.
The music school's current fee list is up the music school website to find. The city of Burghausen subsidizes the music school to a significant extent, and the state also contributes. If the tuition fee is still too high, you can apply for a reduction. The Burghausen Music School does not exclude anyone from its music school program for financial reasons.
